We want you to love your Medewsa purchase. If something isn’t right, here’s how returns work.

Returns

You can request a return within 7 days from delivery.

To be eligible:

• Items must be unused and unopened

• Products must be in original packaging

• Proof of purchase is required

Refunds

Once your return is approved and received:

• Refunds go back to your original payment method

• Shipping fees are not refundable (unless we made an error)

• Processing times may vary
